Establishment in Paris preparing great classics of Japanese cuisine, sukiyaki and shabu shabus.

Thomas Chen's establishment is assiduously attended by a mixed clientele who is looking for quality and freshness! To get a good overview of the chef's talents, the Special menu is ideal with the great classics of the Japanese cuisine  : miso soup, tsukemono -   fish vegetables, assortiments of sashimi, tempura, grilled salmon and white rice, watermelon and ice followed by a cup of green tea. Sukiyaki and shabu shabu are served for two people. The decoration is sober on the ground floor or on the floor: white walls punctuated by a few paintings and tables in painted wood.

L'ambiance est agréable, la nourriture très bonne, avec un gout raffiné. L'amuse bouche était rafraîchissant, le saumon était tendre et la soupe miso bien équilibrée.

Menu Katsudon aussi bon que celui décrit dans le manga "La cantine de minuit" dont la lecture m'avait donné furieusement envie de manger de la vraie cuisine japonaise ! L'endroit est sobre et le service, discret et gentil. Les dorayaki sont légers et le thé vert parfait ! Prix raisonnables. Une excellente adresse !
