Small starred bar in Paris preparing a unique dish: the Japanese ravioli, a filled, tasty and melting bite.
Here's no tête of the genre, but what am I going to eat tonight? This small bar is monomaniaque and you will find here only one single place: The famous Japanese ravioli ravioli. The only permitted fantasy to the eater is the number of copies that it can eat well (8 or 12). This address was devised by Shinichi Sato, the 53 star star, and it feels like: The bite is topped with pork from the Dordogne of Hugo Desnoyer butcher, the leek, ginger and a touch of Yuzukosho (mixture of pepper and yuzu zest). Tasty and melting, these bites attract a cloud of gourmands ready to queue sometimes for a long time… At the counter, we observe and admire the dexterity and speed of the chef.

Muy recomendable y muy de precio, especialmente para ser Paris.
Dommage que l'on puisse pas panaché sur une assiette de 8 ou 12 (un seul et unique parfum entre poulet porc ou vegie)
