Restaurant located in a street among the most greedy of Paris proposing of the Thai kitchen.
Beamed ceilings, exposed stonework, vaulted dining room in the basement, orchids and candles give this restaurant a cozy Asian setting. This restaurant, located in one of the most gourmet streets in Paris, is the temple of Thai cuisine. Remy, the owner, is a graduate of the Blue Elephant school of Bangkok. He likes quality produce and does not want to popularize Thailand cuisine. To enjoy this cuisine rich in flavours, we advise you start with a specialty of the house, the very flavoured beef salad or a green papaya salad, followed by a Pad Thaï-sil with chicken or vegetables with a homemade sauce made with Tamarind fruit, lime juice with palm sugar. Or minced pork sautéed with basil, lemongrass freshness, fresh Thai green pepper and basil. Finally, you can end your meal with sweet sticky rice, fresh mango slices or Thaï flan, coconut milk sauce and Bayteuil, coconut ice-cream. Thaïsil received the Thai Select Seal of Excellence and Authenticity Label in August 2013 by the Trade Minister of Thailand, which aimed at recognizing the best ambassadors of Thai cuisine around the world.
