In the Montorgueil Street area this funny snack is revisited by three young people from starred tables. The recipe? A nice pita, moelleux and home-made bread, a juicy, marinated and then grilled meat, as well as candied tomatoes, salad, yogurt sauce and herbs… A la carte, there are several delicious and spicy recipes (sage pork, roasted chicken, flavouring beef sauce, zucchini zucchini sauce, etc.).
