Bar with terrace in Paris serving various dishes, classic pizzas, meats and desserts.
In the very busy stock exchange, Bianca plays the map of Italy in a trendy way, mixing New York loft and university library. Brick wall in the bar and heavy wooden panels in the room coexist between hanging pots bathed in lush vegetation and modern suspensions. A welcoming place with diverse and varied universes, all for a rather successful tone. In the plate on the other hand, direction the Boot, without any ambiguity. Parma ham base, grilled octopus salad or salad Bianca (rockets, olive oil, candied tomatoes) to start, followed by classical pizzas that make low and pastas of the same ilk (linguine and buddy share without surprise the recipes: bologna, carbonara, arrabiata, Neapolitan and other essential sauces). A.S.S. in dishes (Milanese calf Steak, Beef Tartar) as desserts (tiramisu, cotta and grout of red fruits, small babas in rum). The bar and the cosy terrace make the hotel a pleasant place to live, a pleasant place to stay, but for the great Alpine thrill you are far from the Trattoria of….
