With its meticulous decor, this trattoria from the Big Mamma family has recreated the warmth of Italy. Although it's huge, it's no less convivial. You can either sit at the bar (the best-stocked in the capital, according to the company), or on the benches. On the plates, everything we love about transalpine cuisine: Parma ham and arancini alla carbonara for starters; a variety of pastas; a few main courses, including a saltimbocca alla Romana (veal, ham, sage), and of course pizze napoletane.
