Italian establishment in Paris serving crispy pizzas, crunchy dough, cheeses and desserts.
Italian establishments are flourishing so fast in Paris. And in the trattoria family, the competition is becoming tough. However, Ademi, with its newbie charm and its crispy pizzas, has been able to establish itself in the neighborhood of Rue Montmartre. The welcome is very nice there, the service very efficient and the menu, despite its "déjà vu" look, can delight us thanks to lovingly chosen ingredients.. The dough is crunchy, the cheeses have character and the desserts are gourmet. A little bonus for the decor of the place, which, alone, can make us travel. A pleasant place to dine with family or as lovers.

The pizzas we ordered were really tasty!
Very nice reopening for a traditional spot (I hadn’t been before the renovation).
The only bad thing I’d say is that the restaurant is way too bright for dinner. They need to turn off some lights or at least dim them.
But the pizza quality is worth the visit, for sure.
