Address in Paris offering a menu of mezzes and poultry livers, grilled meat marinated in spices.
The Helem is an ideal place to come to group thanks to its two separate rooms. Level Deco is feminine, dressed with clear walls, dark woodwork, unusual objects, feathers and paillettes taking as base white, black, brown and turquoise. À la carte, you can find a whole declination of mezzés (out of cold or hot work), ranging from Labné (cow's white cheese with or without garlic and thyme) to Bastirma (smoked and fragrant beef net) passing through the Moutabal (eggplant purée, sesame oil, lemon), poultry livers (lemon, coriander, oil d '') olive, garlic), Makanek (sausages to 7 nappées spices in lemon) or traditional falafels (@ bean et and chickpeas). Perfect to share! Then there are grilled meat grills in spices before being fired into wood fire: Minced lamb meat, parsley, onions, lemon marinated chicken, etc. In room, Elie, the boss from Beirut, is a good living, and, moreover, he has a lot of humour, and it is always a pleasant moment.
