This Immersion on the Faubourg Montmartre is the third of the chain's establishments, which has made brunch its specialty... all week long. Its successful painted tile façade is a real eye-catcher. Inside, space is optimized. There's no formula here, no all-you-can-eat buffet. Instead, you can pick and choose from the menu, which lines up some very attractive savoury dishes, such as this Levantine toast (natural sourdough bread, hummus with preserved lemon, labneh, crispy chickpeas, toasted halloumi). In the sweet section, in addition to rolls and cookies, two recipes for French toast and pancakes. We approve!
