Manhattn's Burger, the Belgian burger reference, is the story of two brothers who, after years of working in the restaurant business in New York, decided to share their know-how with Europeans. And they were right to do so! Fresh, high-quality produce and brioche buns form the backbone of the flame-grilled burgers. There's a wide choice: ten or so options, including cheddar, tomme, reblochon and emmental. Open non-stop on the busy rue Montorgueil, this is a new take on the genre.
