Vegan sushi bar offering seasonal cuisine by chef Claire Vautrin and classic Japanese dishes in Paris.
This "vegan sushi bar" in the Montorgueil district is one of the warmest of its kind. Settle into a plush banquette and sip a cocktail prepared by a mixologist in a bow tie, before indulging in the seasonal cuisine of chef Claire Vautrin - a food-cocktail pairing is also offered on the menu. The menu features classic Japanese dishes (ramen, curry, katsudon...), with a particular focus on fusion-style vegetable sushi: maki with pears poached in red wine, nigiri with beet, kiwi-fresh mint inari...

Service toujours sympathique
The menu is not easy to choose .only available by QR code and no paper menu and no internet connection in the restaurant !!! So good luck !! The waitress was not helpful to explain the menu and not friendly. After some couple of minutes straggling to see what to eat. We decided to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else!!
Received an comment as my comment that I was not fare !!
@breathe montorgueil. Customers don't need phones. They need menus and some kind waitress to help them what to choose and eat!
