A newcomer to the landscape of Parisian burgers but who has already wax its recipes in two restaurants in Lyon. Franchouillards burgers are based on fresh, French and local products. The bun comes here from the bakery of the Moulin de la Virgin, the 100% French beef meat is a limousine race and it is Mother Richard's cheese factory that offers full cheeses at all burgers. Marcel Michelin is full of beef-race beef, Limousine saint, AOP moutarde, homemade mustard cream and chives. For those who would like to play chicken, Marcel Pagnol will provide a good dose of sunshine with French chicken Steak, Fresh Goat, Home Green Pesto, Roasted marinated peppers, fresh tomatoes and basil. Finally, in addition to the 5 à la carte recipes, the Burger du Marché changes 2 times a month, depending on the season, the market and the chef's desires. Amateurs de Burgers comme moi, je vous conseille de chercher d'abord un autre restaurant avant de choisir King Marcel.
On reste sur notre faim. Le menu KING n'a de royal que le nom... pas la quantité. Pour le prix on s'attend VRAIMENT à mieux et dans ce cas on ressort déçu.
D'autres restaurants proposent des burgers servis avec des frites largement moins grasses et surtout une salade ou de la coleslaw pour le même prix et la même qualité.
Chez King Marcel prévoyez des serviettes et un passage au lave mains et de repartir avec le ventre qui grogne encore.
Le burger est bon mais sans plus, les frittes sont horribles, une fois pas deux. Dommage...
