House in Paris elaborating a tricolour gastronomy and a duck burger to take away.
Entering Canard & Champagne is a bit like entering a museum. The house has remained almost unchanged since its construction in the 19th century and is superbly preserved: a Napoleon 1800 listed storefront, a Cordoba leather ceiling listed as a historical monument... It is a real pleasure to eat in such a setting. Inside, the room is very often full; many are those who jostle to sit at this trendy table. In the plate, the tricolored gastronomy in the honor, the managers having bet on the delicate marriage of the duck and the champagne. One thing is sure, the bet is successful. Note: the duck burger is also available to take away.

Les portions sont particulièrement petites (aussi bien le canard que les accompagnements).
Même si effectivement le repas était très bon, nous ne recommandons pas de payer 45 euros pour cela.
Had the set menus, one with Maigret de Canard, another with Confit de Canard, and one with a house Burger.
The quality of food was outstanding, from appetizer to the dessert.
The service could be friendlier, but I guess that could be seen as part of French experience :)
Paid €65 for three people, not bad at all.
