Crowded with the most intimate lunch in the evening, this discreet, well-designed restaurant nestled behind the stock exchange never disappoints. There is a regularity in this House that we can only welcome and we understand that there are many people who are used to it. Here, no chichi: typical and typical dishes from the Parisian bistronomie. But we always find the right ingredient, the additional detail that makes it possible to best value fresh seasonal products: foie gras of duck in opera to smoke eel and Breton breton, smoked organic salmon smoked with algae, net mullet black in coriander crust and muslin of coconut, square of Iberian pork roasted to the flower of thyme or ris lamb meunière. For a quarter of a sweet time, the house offers a crunchy apricot and apricot roasted apricots, a square with red fruits, a gourmandise of white fishing and other charming treasures. Trop cher pour ce que nous avons mangé. La nourriture n'était pas d'un bon rapport qualité-prix et les quantités étaient un peu trop faibles pour le prix du repas. Le serveur était très attentif aux autres tables et nous n'avons pas été bien servis. Dommage. On nous avait recommandé l'endroit mais malheureusement nous ne recommanderons pas ce restaurant.
Le Bar conseillé était au top, et le dessert était aussi beau que délicieux. Merci à vous... on reviendra!
