Restaurant with French gastronomy in the honour and a proposed wine list, a kitchen of bistronomy in the evening.

Located between the Place de la Madeleine and the Opera Garnier, this Art Deco-style restaurant, owned by Nadège Jaouen since 2015, has been in superb shape over the years. The Jalles is one of those beautiful establishments that have contributed to the reputation of French gastronomy. At midday, small appetites will be satisfied with a variety of original and delicious dishes, all accompanied by a wonderful selection from the wine list. In the evening, the establishment transforms into a bistro-style cuisine: Chick with black radish cream and chorizo chips, Crispy ravioli from Brittany in a light broth, etc. An unforgettable experience that has one flaw: its cost.

Restaurant ''fake'', si le site est exceptionnelle, observez les détails, rien ne va, les plats sont indigents, le decor ridicule, style IKEA.On devine la bonne affaire tant le site garanti à la direction une rente de proximité. Alors pourquoi choisir la qualité alors que la clientèle viendra de toute façon.
