French bistro near the Place de Vendôme offering a home-made family cuisine with local products from Auvergne.

This Petit Vendôme has long been a magnet for lovers of tradition. Costumed executives, tourists touring the jewelry district and gangs of buddies rub shoulders here in a larger-than-life setting and a good-natured atmosphere in which to feast. On the menu, you'll find the pride and joy of local cuisine: Burgundy snails, foie gras, duck confit, andouillette, black pudding, rice pudding... It's all straightforward, family-style and damn good! For those in a hurry, there's a selection of compèt' snacks (even Lady Gaga has tried them). Great skittles and smiling service.

Réputation surfaite. Cuisine rustique correcte, grande quantité. Prix corrects. Espaces super serrés, très bruyant, et aucun respect des mesures sanitaires.
OK si l'on cherche cette cette ambiance particulière mais pas pour nous.
Nous avons aimé les frites croustillantes.

Nous avons passé un super moment au Petit Vendôme ! Serveuse sympathique, souriante et qui connaît son job !! 3 burgers commandes 3 Burgers dévorés : cuissons respectées , assiettes copieuses , frites maison excellentes , une salade avec jambon cru et Cantal - là aussi portion généreuse et très bons produits !

Confit de canard très sec servi avec des pommes de terre à peine tièdes. Franchement pas mémorable.
