Restaurant offering a reduced menu of seasonal cuisine at reasonable prices.

A canteen for many, and a great discovery for those who come here for the first time. Le Rubis boasts Formica tables, a 1970s-style tiled floor and a very friendly atmosphere. But it's the food we'll be focusing on in particular, as we'll be serving seasonal cuisine made entirely on the premises, using local produce. It's good, sometimes original, served quickly, and for a rather good value in the heart of Paris. We love it.

Bon accueil mais saveurs moyennes et les portions sont 2 fois trop petites.

They forgot to tell us that they ran out of anchovies, but served the dish without. Needless to say, it's not the same. Filet Mignon was raw inside. Had to send it back. Only nature wine, which I don't like. Rest of food was mediocre.

Nice service and wonderful cerviche, but unacceptable to serve a fillet mignon (of pig) close to raw AND charging full price for ‘Burratta with anchovies’ even though it was served without anchovies, because they had run out.
(they didn’t tell us that when ordering; not even when they served us - only when we mentioned the lack of anchovies the waitress caved)
Sadly only two stars.
