This restaurant, whose reputation has been established, is found under the columns of the Place de la Bourse. With its lovely terrace, Bissac has been able to attract gourmet people and tourists. In its labyrinthic cellar, the house displays dozens of bottles, rich in taste and name. Here, you'll be served all day long with unfeigned smile and a foolproof efficiency. On the plate, the flavor alliances are very attractive and convincing: zucchini flowers garnished with chèvre in fritters, beef flank steak with Marchand wine sauce, whole rouget vendangeur and its tomato chips, financier with sesame, black chocolate marquise with salt flower and fresh raspberries… The menus are really worth visiting, they are affordable and copious, unlike the à la carte menu that displays prices a bit high.

Good food, friendly service and perfect location, so all in all a good experience.
My only grievance was that the main meals could do with being a bit bigger sized!
前台小妹妹很漂亮，也算挺热情，环境整体还是蛮cozy的，非常典型的法国小馆子
点了三个前菜三道主菜，除了三文鱼有重复，其他菜品我们特意选择了不一样的。
但实话实说，吃过很多法餐，他们家对比这个评分，我觉得还是蛮失望的，最起码没有达到我的预期，这个价位可以吃到更合胃口的菜品。
食材是新鲜的，摆盘也有自己的想法，但口味的搭配上差强人意，整体来说不够和谐，总会有一味过于突出，而遮盖掉了其它味，比如过咸；又或者口味过于寡淡，不够味
因为去的晚，本就选择不算很多的甜品更是没有太多选择，最后没有吃甜品就转场了。
谁能想到，红酒成了那天晚上的华彩????

Nous sommes allés dîner là bas car le cadre semblait merveilleux et ce fut le cas.
Mais dès le début mes amis et moi nous étions aperçut qu'il fallait attendre bien longtemps pour les commande et le service.
Les plats coûtent extrêmement chers pour le résultat. Au vu des prix nous nous attendions à quelque chose de superbe... mais non.
Très longue attente entre l'arrivée et la commande, la commande puis les entrées, les entrées puis les plats ... etc
De plus lorsque l'on a reçu l'addition nous nous sommes rendu compte que même l'eau était payante !!! sans nous avoir avertit.
Je ne recommande pas désolée.
