メインの魚とウサギの肉は、日本人的には繊細さが足りなかった。その他の料理は素晴らしかった。スタッフは細かなところまで気が利き完璧な対応で、言葉が通じない私たちでも安心して楽しめた。パリは物価特に外食費が日本と比べ物にならないぐらい高いが、それを考慮して値段相応と思う。

Intiem, klein, jammer genoeg geen kaarsje, en wat storende en niet aangepaste muziek. Professionele bediening in hoog tempo.
Mooie goed uitgewerkte gerechten met mooie wine pairing. Dat komt met een prijs.
Voor het eerst in mijn leven, in een sterrenzaak: geen thee! Uitleg was geen plaats voor een waterkoker….suggestie water in pannetje bij de koks laten koken en wat gember of verse munt werd niet zo goed ontvangen. Op rekening mijn coffee for free…als compensatie voor geen thee.

Fabulous meal at a delightful place! Everything was perfect! We each had a different wine pairing so that we could taste many different wines.

Excellent service and ambience. Some dishes and the desserts were very nice. Unfortunately both our main courses (the rabbit and the skate) were barely edible and rather unpleasant. Nonalcoholic drink selection was poor (no diet colas, no mocktails).

I can’t even begin to explain what an amazing experience dining here was.

The attention to detail, the flavor and quality of the dishes, the knowledge of every single one of the staff and the synergy to which they perform is out of this world.

Will come back every single time I visit Paris.

Das Essen war wunderbar, überraschend und köstlich. Aber: das Timing viel zu anstrengend. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich etwas mehr Komfort, z.b. eine Garderobe und etwas mehr Geduld und Zeit um das Gebotene auch zu geniessen.

Stepping into Frenchie felt like stepping into a scene from a romantic Parisian movie. Exposed brick walls, warm candlelight, and the soft murmur of conversations set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The staff, charming and knowledgeable, guided me through the prix-fixe menu, patiently answering my questions and making personalized recommendations. Every dish was a revelation, but what truly took me by surprise was the masterful use of citrus flavors throughout the menu.

The amuse-bouche was a delightful citrus surprise - a tiny flower decorated surprise that burst with a tangy citron flavor. As the courses unfolded, citrus notes danced on my palate, adding a refreshing and vibrant touch to each dish. The lamb main course was mind-blowing, perfectly prepared 3-ways was brightened by a touch of lemon zest, while the hint of yuzu in the accompanying sauce added a delightful complexity. Even the dessert, a decadent banana banoffee, was lifted by a whisper of citrus, leaving a lingering sweetness on my tongue.

It wasn't just the food; it was art on a plate, meticulously crafted to tantalize both the eye and the palate. The global influences Chef Marchand wove in were delightful surprises, but it was his use of citrus that truly stole the show. Each bite was a testament to his creativity and his deep understanding of how to use these complex flavors to elevate his dishes.

While the tables are close, it fostered a warm and convivial atmosphere, letting me soak in the Parisian energy and chat with my fellow diners. It was the perfect balance of intimacy and liveliness.

Sure, it's a splurge (€140!), but for a special occasion, it's absolutely worth it. This wasn't just dinner; it was an experience I'll cherish forever. If you're looking for an intimate and indulgent exploration of French gastronomy with a delightful citrus twist, look no further than Frenchie. It's pure magic!

* Reservations are a must, and they go fast! Book well in advance.
* Don't be intimidated by the Michelin star – the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming.
* Dress up a bit if you feel like it, but comfort is key too.
* Embrace the close tables – it's part of the Parisian charm!

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had, the perfection of each course was mind blowing. Slightly higher price point, but at the end of the night, I found it to be worth every Euro.

Small portions, in the end we all left hungry .
Since we had small portions at the beginning, we expected that at least the main course will be more abundant. It was literally 2 bites of lamb.
Way too expensive !!! We never regret when we pay a lot if we ate well and had a good time but really hurt when we were paying

It is always a pleasure to eat at Frenchie. The food is really an experience that never stops amazing me. One of my favorite restaurants in Paris by far

La cuisine est délicieuse. Cependant, à mon sens, quelque chose gâche légèrement le plaisir : il y a deux services, un à 18h30 et un à 21h15. Les entrées se font pour tout le monde à l'heure du service. Aussi, cela donne un peu une impression de course, même si la salle est relativement petite. Mais tous les convives sont servis plus ou moins en même temps. Les amuses bouches, etc. Par ailleurs, les tables sont relativement proches les unes des autres, donnant un aspect un peu bruyant au restaurant.
Malgré ces petits aspects négatifs, le ressenti global reste très positif et les assiettes sont toutes exquises !

Parfait. Ambiance cosy et agréable, le menu et le service sont de qualité, sans être prétentieux.

Le menu est bien pensé, cohérent du début à la fin. Les plats sont réfléchis et font honneur aux produits.

Amy et l’équipe étaient sympathiques et avaient de bonnes connaissances sur plats et produits servis.

Pour tous les traumatisés de la cantine scolaire, le Frenchie est une thérapie! Il saura vous réconcilier avec les saveurs perdues de cette période (salsifis, …).

Magical staff and epic dinner

Great food. Dessert are super yummy!

Great food and nice staff but optimized for efficiency. Two seatings each evening. I paid 500 EURO for 2 people and was not offered a coffee before bill was presented (without me asking).

Some places.live up to the hype and some do not. This place absolutely does.
Small restaurant with 9-10 tables, was able to get a reservation online with a little persistence, definitely required keeping an eye when the reservation window opens.

The night we dined there it was a 100% American crowd of tourists, some clearly had no idea what the place was about, which was a shame.

Important to note that when we dined there, it was a blind tasting menu, in which they accommodated dietary restrictions.

The food was outstanding, the execution perfect, and with great creativity. The eggplant (3 ways if I recall) was perhaps the most memorable bite for me, with a crispy skin component and a warm fleshy component in 1 bite was awesome.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I find sometimes the service in Michelin starred restaurants to be too stuffy, formal, and even unpleasant. Not the case here, wait staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly courteous to all guests.

We dined in a few of Paris' top restaurants during our trip, and this was the best meal we had.

Cuisine superbement réalisée. belle carte des vins. Le menu degustation du soir était un régal... et pourtant ce n’est pas facile de passer à table à 18:30! Mais l’équipe chaleureuse les amuses bouches et le pain délicieux font oublier tout ça très vite!

Menu dégustation 5 plats, avec accord mets-vins : aucune fausse note, très fin et équilibré, original sans être farfelu, et au final plutôt copieux.

Très bon dîner pour la réouverture des restaurants : toute l’équipe de Gregory s’est surpassée pour nous offrir une féerie de saveur dans un ballet bien orchestré aux notes subtiles et aux préparations graphiques. Une très belle adresse à recommander...

Expérience totale. Explosion de saveurs dans la tête, comme d'habitude...
