Alain Ducasse is unstoppable! After opening 23 restaurants and receiving 18 Michelin stars, the chef has moved to Palais Brongniart, Place de la Bourse. There he inaugurated his latest restaurant Spoon in October 2017 with great fanfare. Inspired by his travels and extensive experience, he offers a mixed cuisine that features Asian, North African and South American specialties. Among the discoveries: grated green papaya and red onion, sea bream with chili, lamb shoulder rubbed zahtar and coriander.
