Bistro with terrace in Paris serving traditional cuisine and dishes with seasonal products.
Located in one of the most beautiful galleries of the capital, close to the gardens of the Palais Royal and the Opera, the Bistrot Vivienne enjoys an excellent reputation with the food lovers of the capital. With its comfortable terrace, half overlooking the street and half the glass roof of the gallery, the establishment has something to seduce visiting tourists and Parisians from the very beginning. On the menu, you can find traditional French cuisine (scallops à la plancha, risotto "Arborio", duck parmentier with flavoured juice, charolais beef tartare with a knife…), but also some dishes in tune with the times (whelks cooked with star anise, back of coalfish and Puy green lentils with Yuzu butter, haddock J.-C. David poached on sauerkraut's bed with lager beer, pasta shells in casserole and truffles cream with mushrooms…), all concocted with seasonal products. An address that passes through the decades at its own pace with a principle, always satisfy the client.
