A wine and local produce enthusiast, Alain shares his love of good food with a clientele of regulars. The menu changes daily, and the pork sauté with gingerbread on the day we visited was beyond reproach. Before dessert, it's imperative to stop by the cheese counter to discover the little-known but nonetheless excellent Tome du Ramier from Montauban.

On a passé un très bon moment.
Sur la fourchette on devait choisir quel type de menu prendre (pas évident 4 jours avant et sans savoir si tout le monde sera d'accord) mais une fois au resto ils nous ont dit qu'on pouvait choisir ce qu'on voulait ce qui est beaucoup plus simple.
