The Le Tambour restaurant, with its sometimes electric atmosphere, offers good bistronomic cuisine served quickly in Paris.
Some still remember it with nostalgia: the old version of the Tambour was open until 5 a.m., with a sometimes electric atmosphere. As time goes by, it's accepted that the renovation has been a success. There may be less room than before, but the contemporary decor certainly makes for a cosier space. The in-house menu features classic café/brasserie offerings (salads, burgers, meats...). The food is good and served quickly. Night owls may want to look further afield if they're in late-night mode.

30 min pour ne même pas pouvoir commander une bière, des clients servis avant moi alors qu’ils sont arrivés bien après. Les boissons qui en plus étaient trop chères …
Je déconseille, y’a plein de bar à châtelet, les serveurs font la différence.
