In front of the Etienne Marcel metro station, in the turbulent Halles district, this elegant French brewery is discovered. Outside, the mustard benches that make the street seem comfortable, inside the room is crowded and the fumand that releases from the kitchen might well explain reason. Here we are doing things to the old: no social networks or tapas, we come to eat a shredded dish in the colors of the land in a sieved and retro frame. On the slate, the chef announces rolls of fresh goat salmon, a square of roast lamb and duck in all its forms. There is a great way to make a reservation.

Une cuisine gourmande avec des plats typiques:

- Assiettes de fruits rouges : ici des framboises très bonnes même si un peu chères (9,50€).
