Le Tir Bouchon, "TB" for regulars, is a nice stopover if you stroll around rue Montorgueil. It's a small bistro worth a detour. terracotta tile flooring, white tablecloths and bucolic terrace, the place is both classic and charming. On the menu, you will have the pleasure to enjoy: snail casserole with garlic, rib steak with truffle butter, swordfish steak with pistou, duck parmentier with foie gras, amandine with pears, etc. The establishment has recently been equipped with a rôtisserie, a true asset! The dishes are beautiful, balanced and very gourmet. The wine cellar is also well equipped, the selection is original and efficient.

Prise de commande un peu longue mais rien de dramatique non plus, la cuisine est très bonne, les vins également, nous avons passer un bon moment mais alors demander un supplément pour remplacer un plat des frites par de la salade c'était assez osé et gâche un peu l'expérience, à 185€ la note pour 4, je trouve ça à minima peu commerçant voir mesquin...
