The Coinstot Vino is a flagship address of the Panoramas Passage, one of the most gourmet places in the 2nd district of Paris. This reputation thanks to Guillaume Dupré who is a wine expert lover that the places have obtained. His playground: nature wines from Ardèche, Burgundy, Alsace and Jura. We come here to enjoy a nice vintage set and plates with a good product and friends'guest who put in the mood. On plates: charcuteries from Conquet, meats from Nivernais Butchers, vegetables from Annie Bertin, Oysters from Quiberon Bay, and bread from the Autre Boulange. It's delicious And if you are rather pizzas, you should know that it comes directly from the nearby sign and delight guests.

The service and waiter were very nice, though! ☀️ And we get a bottle of water and two glasses, plus a ‘tasting’ quantity of wine extra.
It would be useful to learn about serving wines, otherwise it may be better to remove the listing as a wine bar, as it can mislead customers.

Looking for a central place to lunch with an old friend, he gave rdv at Coinstot Vino.
Easy access, we are in the middle of the "Passage" very authentic.
The team is nice and feel "passionate"
The service was REALLY quick (like in 2 min). We can imagine they have the habit to deliver for the work people coming arround.
At first, it was really appreciable as we have been able to enjoy without rushing. But then, at the moment I've put my fork down for my last bite, someone was next to my face asking me if I was done ????
SO! It was FAST and you CANT complain about it to a restaurant in Paris, BUT that ruined a bit the expérience as I felt rushed to finish
On the other hand, food was 8/10 ! With a menu changing EVERYDAY!
