The Sâotico, white, black and red dressed, offers two different atmospheres. The brasserie on the ground floor, relaxed and friendly, and the restaurant on the upstairs, more chic and soft. On the background of Jazz music, flowing through Nova and rythm'n blues, Chef Hugues Gournay delights his guests with market cuisine and timeless dishes: calf's kidney, ravioles of beef, semi-baked foie, or dishes called "special diets" for those who eat without salt, gluten or simply who enjoy only steam. Hughes knows everything, and that is why we continue to appreciate it. Ah! last thing, Sâotico has nothing exotic: This is the name given to small shrimp in Cotentin.

Le service était très lent et en décalé : deux assiettes sur quatre débarassées après l'entrée, les deux dernières l'ont été 20 min après) , trois sur quatre plats principaux arrivent en même temps, le 4ème arrive 10 min après. Les serveurs derrière le bar et pas suffisamment au contact du client. Impossibilité de commander trois plats principaux pour quatre personnes : il fallait absolument un plat par personne (entrées partagées tolérées) , la gérente polie, mais insistante (qui pousse à la consommation) , elle nous a même imposé un pourboire.
Conclusion : restaurant non recommandé à cause de son service
Des tables rondes bien agréables pour échanger entre convives.
Service souriant et efficace.
