LE BISTROT CAPUCINE
Pretty address of the district elaborating a card of products of the market, fishes and desserts.
This is undoubtedly one of the prettiest addresses in this very touristic area which sometimes lacks a little authenticity... A perfectly bistro setting and all that it is necessary for the good atmosphere are there: natural and organic wines, a young and smiling service, quality products... At lunchtime, an unbeatable formula that changes daily according to the products that the chef and owner Jean-Marc Berthelot brought back from the market on his bicycle. For the starter, leeks cream with black truffle and soft-boiled egg or mashed avocado, prawns and passion fruit. Then, two suggestions always mouthwatering will be offered to you such as the roasted back of coalfish poached with Bengali curry and leeks with coconut milk, farm pork loin, mashed agrias with spinaches and wild mushrooms sauce or poached roast hake steak, risotto with white truffle oil and peas. In the evening, you can share generous cheeses boards (including an excellent brie de Meaux and a legendary farm Saint-Nectaire cheese provided by Pascal Beillevaire) and charcuteries (sausage with Espelette pepper, Iberian chorizo, Auvergne ham...) finely cut with Ferrari slicers, a flamboyant red Berkel. Remember to book, you are not the only ones to know this good plan!
