Elegant establishment in Paris elaborating a fusion cuisine without a priori with flavors in the program.

The Maison du Saké has made use of its magic to concocve a new temple of Japanese cuisine: ERH. Imagined in two months, this place combines modernity with simplicity and excellence. The frame plays on the contrast of the black and white, a beautiful glass emphasizes the room and dishes is not defect because it retains the authenticity of a tokyotic table. In the furnaces you can find Chef Keita Kitamura, a former second in the Narisawa restaurant, and it makes every day superb tasting menus. The meal takes place blind, perfect if you want to discover fusion cuisine without a priori. Flavors and discoveries are the program of this elegant establishment. For more authenticity, do not hesitate to ask for access to private spaces, they will allow you to eat on tatamis. The other jewel of the place is ERH whisky and sake cellar, a true treasure cave. An establishment that marks spirits!

Dîner délicieux, un mélange tout en finesse des ingrédients français et asiatiques. Des papilles qui découvrent de nouvelles saveurs. Un grand moment surtout sur le bœuf. A faire!

Excellent moment, et très belle soirée de Saint-Valentin. La petite attention avant de partir avec le petit sac surprise était adorable.

Very disappointed, I am horrified to find out how bad every dish tasted, and for a 150 euro tasting menu, we still have to pay extra to get cavier and Wagyu beef. Wine pairing list is too short and left dessert unpaired. Wine selection is not up to standard and certainly not worth 78 euro for 4 glasses. Only one toilet in the whole restaurant and towards the end of the evening we have to queue for toilet. Never had so bad experience in any fine dining restaurant with or without star.
