The frame plays on the contrast of the black and white, a beautiful glass emphasizes the room and dishes is not defect because it retains the authenticity of a tokyotic table. In the furnaces you can find Chef Keita Kitamura, a former second in the Narisawa restaurant, and it makes every day superb tasting menus.
