Having already won a star for his previous restaurant Itinérance, chef Sylvain Sendra has renewed the experience with Fleur de Pavé. Behind the black and wood frontage, he has created a resolutely plant-based, but not vegetarian, menu that puts the products of the famous market gardener Asafumi Yamashita in the spotlight. In four or six courses, punctuated by a few amuse-bouches, you can discover the finesse, precision, technique and elegance of this local cuisine, which is nevertheless inspired by the chef's travels.
