In the historic heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Bourse, Trader's offers quality bistronomic cuisine in a contemporary decor, with exposed brickwork and a metal bar. The menu, inspired by local and foreign dishes, puts French local products in the spotlight. Each day, four starters, five main courses, three desserts. For example, Norman beef sirloin, roasted prawns with aubergine caviar Indian style, sea bream a la plancha, glazed citrus shortbread... In the evening, the neo-bistro becomes a pleasant cocktail bar with a bonus: a small bar hidden in the basement under pretty vaults. On sunny days, the terrace is a real plus.

On y mange bien ! Le service était nickel un grand merci aux deux demoiselles qui se sont occupées de nous ! Je reviendrai et je recommande !
Plats sans extravagance mais très bons
Mais le plus grave, est que le restaurant soit un véritable fumoir. Les clients et le personnel fument comme des pompiers dans la véranda qui n’est absolument pas isolée de la salle principale. A cause de cela, j’étais au bord de la crise d’asthme… j’ai les poumons en feu et les yeux rouges écarlates. Cerise sur le gâteau…mes vêtement empestent maintenant la cigarette.
En somme fuyez ce restaurant si vous ne voulez pas vous retrouver dans un fumoir géant !
