Address near the Bourse with a contemporary decor and a terrace offering quality bistronomic cuisine.
In the historic heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Bourse, Trader's offers quality bistronomic cuisine in a contemporary decor, with exposed brickwork and a metal bar. The menu, inspired by local and foreign dishes, puts French local products in the spotlight. Each day, four starters, five main courses, three desserts. For example, Norman beef sirloin, roasted prawns with aubergine caviar Indian style, sea bream a la plancha, glazed citrus shortbread... In the evening, the neo-bistro becomes a pleasant cocktail bar with a bonus: a small bar hidden in the basement under pretty vaults. On sunny days, the terrace is a real plus.

Seul bémol, la musique un peu trop forte. Mais c'est le cas dans beaucoup de restaurants aujourd'hui !
