Hotel near the Louvre and the Opera with a Japanese design for the garden and the terrace offering comfortable rooms.
Close to the Louvre, the Opera house and the Main Department Stores, this Character design hotel features a beautiful garden and the second floor terrace. The contemporary decoration has a smooth and efficient side, without being cold and impersonal. The comfortable rooms have been renovated in an elegant and intimate style, but also modern and stimulating. Most of them overlook the winter garden and some of them even enjoy a terrace or balcony… For allergic people, apart from the Junior Suites, there are non-carpet rooms and carpets in the different room categories. On each floor its colour: black grey, blue night, yellow.

מלון מהמם מיקום מושלם ארוחת בוקר מעולה ואיכותית .. החדרים מדהימים ממוזגים טוב אבל טיפה קטנים אנחנו היינו בחדר 602 היה מדהים עם מרפסת ענקית מלון מאוד מומלץ שרות במלון מהעובדים הוא פשוט נפלא בקבלה ובחדר אוכל

Physically violent to a cyclist who fall in front of the hotel, because of a client stepping outside of his taxi.

Your first employee grabbed me by the arm and shook me violently. He did not ask how I was nor offered any help at any point after my fall. Fortunately, a second of your employees intervened and made him stop. I am grateful to this second employee.
What is really a shame is that you try to cover up the wrongdoings of this first employee.
I offered to spoke on the phone about the incident with the direction of the hotel and gave you my contacts for this. An apology would be more than welcome.
