PARK HYATT PARIS-VENDÔME * * * * *
Hotel with suites including those with balconies, superb rooms, a starred restaurant and a bar that sets the pace.
Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme offers itself, like all the great Parisian palaces, a little rejuvenation while keeping of course the history that has made its reputation: the presidential duplex suite and its In Suite Spa, the diplomatic suites designed as an apartment, the suites with balconies where you can have breakfast with a magnificent view, the 60 m² bathroom, part of which opens onto a glass roof. The furniture has been modernized, the carpets changed and the paintings redone. The hotel's highly prized designer Ed Tuttle has created an extraordinary space by subtly working in traditional styles and materials in a contemporary way. A clever mix between the different French styles, from Louis XIV to the 1930s. The string of columns without capitals reveals original contemporary works of art scattered throughout the hotel. This unique place comes alive to the rhythm of the bar, and you can nestle around the fireplace or in the interior patio. The rooms are superb, the divine starred restaurant, and the large open-air patio, planted with olive trees, is an ideal place to have lunch quietly away from the city's clamours. In the evening, we sip a cocktail at the Bar, both contemporary and warm thanks to its mahogany walls and we take a shaker lesson given with agility by the bartenders. The restaurant Le Pur' is starred, and La Table du Chef serves an innovative cuisine, while Sens opens for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Le service est exceptionnel et les chambres superbement décorées. Le bar avec la cheminée apporte une touche chaleureuse.
Je le conseille fortement.
