This small neighbourhood hotel is located near two metro stations thereby making it very convenient for a short or long business or touristic stay. Spread on over seven storeys with elevator, the rooms, except the superior ones are small but well equipped and soundproofed to an extent. They are furnished in a classic setting with touches of colours almost everywhere. Upon request, guests can have Ipad and iron.

Very friendly staff (all of them in each shift).
Correct rooms for the price paid(probably one of the lowest fares in that area of Paris).
Free coffee and free luggage storage the check in and the check out date.
If I ever come back to Paris,I'll choose them for my stay.

Chambre sans rangement et sale ( moisissures sur les joints, poussière, cheveux...).
Climatisation bruyante et poussiereuse, petit déjeuner à faire soi même débarrassage compris!
Une jeune fille très sympa a compris mon problème sans me contredire et nous avons eu une chambre au 3eme, salle de bain pas propre wc et douche, tapis sortie de bain sale, odeur d’humidité, literie sale avec tâches et ´poils’ sur le matelas.
Un point positif c’est la situation géographique et la jeune fille du jour et le jeune homme de la nuit du 16/01/2024
Mais le pompon, c'est tout de même le petit déjeuner où l'on se partage joyeusement la cuillère plongée dans un pot de confiture commun, ou un couteau pour couper la motte de beurre ou le pain, tandis que le personnel fait la plonge dans l'évier devant vous. En terme d'hygiène cela surprend et ne donne pas confiance...
