Sophie Engster and Franck Le Franc have worked in the luxury and finance before manufacturing high-end custom-made shoes under the Chamberlan brand. Everything is done in Nontron. The designer is none other than Louis Cardin, the grandson of Pierre Cardin. The innovative idea is that the customers do not need to move to take the measure of their foot. They can do via their computer or smartphone thanks to a special application which allows to scan their foot. They also choose the materials, colors, accessories, heel size. Then, a 3D image allows the manufacturing. The shoes are delivered within 7 weeks.
