FORVM CLASSIC BAR
The establishment started a new life in 2016 by moving to the 2nd arrondissement. The Forvm Classic Bar is still managed by Josiane Biolatto and Xavier Laigle, who are committed to perpetuating the history of this mythical and family-run bar born in 1931. Not surprisingly, but with pleasure, we find 30 cocktails from the previous menu. On the menu? The most beautiful classics in the history of Forvm, which have stood the test of time, such as Antoine Biolatto's "Forvm Cocktail" created in 1929, a revisited version of dry martini or "La Rose de Varsovie" signed Angelo Biolatto in 1966, a refined and fruity elixir made from vodka. And there are many references... in short, a myth!
