LA POUCHKINETTE
Julien Alvarez, the last recruit of the Café Pushkin known for very creative desserts, invented the Pouchkinette cooked and held in front of the client. It's a cream paste with cream cream and decorated with colored sugar that is in a dozen different perfumes: caramel with salted butter, raspberries, orange flowers, Tahiti vanilla, delicate rose, banana strawberry, rum, basil lemon, almond pistachio. Let us recognize it: in the small treats that hold the road, it is a direct competitor of our good old macaron. We let you judge, we love both, and consume them without moderation!
