This ecological cellar has a long history: the one in selling champagnes, and pioneer of the biodynamy for over twenty years in Paris. But the Maison Fleury is not the only one. Here are wines are collected with the same idea, the same work for respect of the soil, the vine and the environment, "original wines". There are also some vintage champagnes and wines from Loire, Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy sorted for category. To complete this nice menu card, some good products which can be tasted on site and the time of aperitif. A place that is well-thought out and well-done!
