Jean-François, a mixologist by profession - yes, it's a trade like any other - creates amusing drinks every minute, with or without alcohol, upon request, and places them in very beautiful black glass bottles. There are a dozen recipes to be consumed very quickly (no later than 48 hours), except for a few creations made of delicate mixtures based on eau-de-vie and aged in oak barrels. The names are evocative and can be customised to suit your needs or desires of the moment. The Prelude OP. No. 4 is a cocktail based on Cognac VSOP, white vermouth, triple-dry liqueur, and bitter ginger, aged in star anise.
