The locals say that Cheese and Detail is always the best cheese merchant from all Paris. A tip of chauvinism undoubtedly, at least the boss of the shop confirms that its customers are not all on the right bank or the 2nd arrondissement. A wide choice of cheeses, all farmers or almost, and tasted before being put on sale. If you find better elsewhere, the house would even be willing to reimburse you the difference… Cheese and Detail is a franchise mainly installed in Paris and Ile-de-France.
