An Auberge in Paris offering house specialties, a seasonal menu, and desserts

This inn owes its renown to the Breton Bertrand Guénéron. But today, Renaud Marcille is at the helm. Like his predecessor, this chef, who also worked for Senderens, remains focused on the South-West. His bistronomic cuisine smells of the Basque Country - pimientos de piquillos, cod with chorizo, veal axoa... - but not only. It includes must-tries such as hare à la royale, Belle Aurore pillow and millefeuille. Here, seasonal produce is the order of the day, often sourced from small-scale producers.

Super restaurant tenu par Laurent. De bons plats (cabillaud au chorizo, le boudin et sa purée - les desserts étaient également un régal) et un service toujours très attentionné. Laurent nous a offert un verre de vin et un dessert. Merci, nous reviendrons !

The meal was delicious – very delicate flavors and well-executed plates, from main to dessert (a little courtesy saucisson entree was a great touch). Prices are not exorbitant, but not cheap either – very in line with what we got.

Service was very good as well. The only less good piece is the ambiance, which is not memorable.

I highly recommend giving it a try!

Bonne surprise, j'y suis allé par hasard. Très bon accueil, et très bonne cuisine.

A lovely small restaurant with very helpful staff (we try, but our French isn't that great). I had the chicken, which was tender, moist and beautifully accented with herbs and sauce. My husband had the mackerel, which was equally delicious, according to him. His favourite was the starter, but neither of us can remember the name, but it included goat cheese and was in his top 5 starters of all time ????
