A little history: built in 1620 by the architect of Louis XIII, it was occupied by the famous writer Théophile Gautier, hence the reference to literature. But now let's get down to the serious business: the Salidou pancakes, the house's specialty. A soft salted butter caramel that comes straight from Quiberon, and will make many people salivate!
