Oriental restaurant in Paris offering a little different note and an Oranese couscous.

Omar Guérida didn't change anything about the setting of parisian all in wood ood and bevelled mirrors, which confers the places a different small touch  from the other Eastern restaurants. Its couscous made its notoriety and the clientele is  " Marais trendy": press agents, "trendsetters", etc, crowd to eat the Oranian couscous. Be careful, you may wait a couple of time  because Omar doesn't deal  booking and sometimes unregular clients are replaced by the regulars.

Dîner de 19H15 donc pas beaucoup de monde. Je ne vois pas dans les avis négatifs laissés ici de ressemblance avec mon expérience. Un serveur fort agréable, un couscous très bien servi, généreux en légumes, avec une semoule fine qui absorbe bien le bouillon, et des mergez faîtes maison délicieuses et bien cuites. Le patron a fait le tour des tables pour savoir si on appréciait notre repas, ce qui se fait rare. J'ai passé un bon moment ici et je vous invite à vous rendre dans ce lieu, qui, de surcroît, est magnifique. On a rarement l'occasion de retrouver cette atmosphère des bistrots d'antan restés dans leurs jus. Donc pour moi c'est un sans faute !

Le service était catastrophique et la serveuse était exécrable et désagréable.
A fuir …!
J’ajouterais au service qui n’était pas à la hauteur que les tarifs sont prohibitifs…. Enfin pas en adéquation avec le standing du lieu.

테이블도 다닥다닥 붙여놓고, 서비스는 개떡같다. 오늘 서빙하는 아저씨 프렌치로 막 얘기하다가 내가 영어로 컴플레인하니까 금새 영어로 정색함.
파리갈때마다 여기 쿠스쿠스먹으러 자주가는데 프렌치랑 같이 안가면 엄청 루드한 느낌.
