Private hotel in Paris preparing a kefta burger, a quiche bléda or a hout and zeitoun.
Attention, pun! On one side Oualou means "it's nothing" in Arabic. On the other, an accumulation of Campbell Soup cans, pots of paint using poufs and crates of Coca table, pay tribute to Andy Warhol. In this décor of a modern souk with accents of "seventies Moroccan" set up without complex inside a mansion of Henry IV, the Momo and Hakim Mazouz brothers - authors of the famous neighbour 404 - have tinkered a little room, pop and lively, ideal for pecking a kefta burger, bleda quiche or hout and zeitoun ... In summer, one can dine in the courtyard.
