LA CANDELARIA
Small room in Paris preparing good tacos, tapas, fresh tortillas, and cocktails.
A band of three friends, Carina, Joshua and Adam (a Colombian, a Mexican and an American), made the bet to open a place in their image, a little crazy, simple and original at once. Ambiance is there at any time. The small room is very often crowded, and it is rare not to have to wait for a place. We eat in front of the cooks preparing beautiful cool tortillas and very good tacos carnitas with cactus. We enjoy tapas, and we speak English, Spanish and French around a good guacamole. When the stomach is filled, we push a small door to gather in the wooden bar: A quiet atmosphere, New York spirit, non-invasive music and great-class cocktails, which are sold at a small price all the same.
