A canteen enjoying a minimalist and bright decoration. Its menu displays vegetarian but gourmet homemade dishes. Minute fruit cocktails or smoothies are popular. As for the main course, we recommend salads, "healthy bowls" such as the Acai bowl for example, soups, veggie stew or steamed vegetables (sweet potato, spinach shoots, soya, red onion, beetroot). Cream cheese or avocado bagels are not bad either. As for a dessert, there are pancakes, muffins, or a soft cookie with matcha tea and chocolate are a good choice, as is the crumble fondant. Weekend: remarkable homemade pancakes with red fruits or banana.
