Canteen in Paris elaborating a Chinese cuisine, a menu of fish and shellfish, pork ravioli and soups.
The room is packed, but it doesn't matter, the sidewalk welcomes those who are waiting for their bite or a small seating place that finally frees itself quickly. There's no fireworks but a lively canteen where Chinese-Chinese neighbors, Chinese community, pq and Chinese cooking fans in a special volume of events. Shen offers a cuisine in the Wenzhou region, a small port town in the vicinity of Shanghai where there are traditionally many fish and crustaceans found here on the map.
