Restaurant in a cheerful and lively setting where everything is at will.
How can fondue fans be brought together who love to dip with their food and réfractaires, whose stomachs cannot bear the legendary lourdeur of this specialty? At Shabu Sha, around a Japanese fondue! In a cheerful and living décor where old propaganda posters squat the electric blue walls, we settle around a long and convivial bed table where each has its own stove to host a broth and adjust the temperature individually. At the centre of the table, a treadmill is permanently fed by the chef of raw ingredients, and homemade makis and sushi. The principle is simple: You choose your broth (nature, spicy or miso) and its sauces (peanut, satay, sesame, etc.), then you catch the ingredients that you want to include in the preparation of the carpet in front of you and you blow them into the broth to cook them. On the menu: beef, lamb, gambas, squid, shrimp and fish boulettes, ramen and udon noodles, tofu, sweet potatoes, and originalités like taro, freshwater chestnut, lotus root, chrysanthème leaf… Everyone knows how to fill their appetite, even the most greedy, since everything is at will!
